Our main Club night is Wednesday and we normally meet at the Sailing Club at 7:00 p.m. During British Summer time though we hold a Time Trial on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. These are popular and for them we meet up at the Muttersmoor Car Park at 6.45 p.m. Occasionally we also take advantage of the long evenings and start out in the country somewhere. Details of such forays are shown in our Training Diary together with the Venue and Times for runs on Monday evenings.

On weekends we look for races but frequently informal runs are arranged for either the Saturday or Sunday morning.
